Research focuses on multivariate, multilevel models of behavioral data, with additional emphasis on models for educational and psychological growth and change. More general interests extend to multivariate analysis of continuous and discrete data, including modern psychometric measurement. Recent studies examine indicators of individual and organizational change, in the context of evaluating teacher and school productivity using student achievement test results.
