    Hequn Wang comes from China. Before entering the MQM program, she was a GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS teacher in Shanghai. She loves testing design and testing evaluation very much, so she chose this program. Besides studying, She loves music. She studied traditional Chinese dances for several years when she was small, and she also loves aerobics. She is also a Chinese pop song fan, and likes all kinds of Chinese songs. In addition, she likes beautiful clothes and exquisite foods, and she is good at fashion designing and shopping.

    Julie Weller is currently interested in the detection and prevention of test cheating. Her spare time is spent grooming and exercising her young dog. Her hobbies are quilting, heirloom sewing and woodworking.

  • Wu, Meng-Jia

    Meng-Jia Wu is interested in various quantitative methodologies. She is mainly focusing on meta-analysis and currently working on different projects related to it. Two disciplines she would like apply quantitative skills to are teacher qualification/teaching quality and epidemiology. She enjoys teaching‹ both kindergarteners and basic/advanced statistics for adults. She likes all kinds of sports, especially ice skating, swimming, and indoor rock climbing. Music is one thing you can never take away from her life.

  • Yon, Haniza
    Email: Haniza Yon

    Haniza Yon is a fourth year doctoral student. She is originally from Malaysia. She worked as an assistant director in the Educational Planning and Research Division (EPRD), Ministry of Education in Malaysia for four years before joining the doctoral program. She always have special interests in research applying multilevel models and  Item Response Theory. Beside those, she is also interested in  missing data methodology.

    Jing Yu lives in Ann Arbor with her loving husband, she misses her MQM friends a lot because she cannot see them very often. Jing is interested in large-scale test analysis and development as an applied science. She is also interested in the theoretical aspects of psychometrics, she hopes to make contribution to testing theories during her PhD years. She loves swimming and plays piano in her spare time. She views every day as a gift from her lord Jesus Christ, and wants everything she does would glorify His name!
