As a participant in the Integrating
Strategies and Technology in Education Practice (InSTEP) online workshop, we are asking that you partake in the evaluation of the InSTEP program. Our goal is to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the InSTEP program.
This questionnaire, which will take approximate 60 minutes to complete, is intended to measure your use of technology and teaching philosophy. We will again ask you to complete the questionnaire throughout the InSTEP program.
All records will be kept strictly confidential and all names will be removed once it is coded with a random ID number. Names, or any other identifying information will not be used in any publication resulting from this research.
The feedback provided will help us make improvements in the InSTEP program. No unusual methods or stressful conditions are used in our research. Participation is voluntary and you may withdraw from the research study at any time without penalty or loss of participation in programs.
